Problem in the freepbx panel

hello everyone, i’m on ubuntu 20.04 and i have Asterisk 16 and FreePBX 15, i know that i am on an asterisk forum but i post this message in the freepbx forum and anyone can help me .

I have a problem in the freepbx panel, this message (critical error (in red)) is present :

‘fwconsole reload’ failed, config not applied
The command “/usr/sbin/asterisk -rx ‘core show version’” failed.

Exit Code: 1(General error)

Working directory: /var/www/html/admin

Output:

Error Output
Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl exist?)

anyone know how to fix this problem please ?

FreePBX questions, of which this is very much one, are best put on the FreePBX forum. I see that you’ve already done so, and ask that you not ask FreePBX questions in both places.
