Predictive Dialer

When I look at a list of features for Asterisk, I see that it mentions “Predictive Dialer,” but I haven’t seen any documentation on it. Is there built in predictive dialing in Asterisk, and if so, how do I do utilize it?

There is no predictive dialer built in to Asterisk. There is an open source one call Vici Dialer.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Doesn’t make sense to me why they include that in the list of features in that case.

astercrm
I have heard alot of people like vicidial
