Predictive dialer - Asterisk 13

Hi,

One of the new features in Asterisk 13 is a predictive dialer. I am not able to find any details for this feature, can you please point me in the right direction?

That list needs some cleanup, I’ll have to speak to the marketing people who wrote it.

Asterisk doesn’t offer a canned predictive dialer. There are primitives available within Asterisk that would allow you to build such a thing, but there’s no ready-set-go turn-it-on solution for that.

Also, that list isn’t specific to 13. It includes some things on it that haven’t been touched in years (graphical call manager, for example).
