When someone forwards their SIP phone how do you keep that phone from forwarding out a call when it comes in on a ring group or queue? It seems that the phone is forwading the call and just sees it as a typical call.
Is there a way around this? I’m testing with Polycom 601 and Lynksys SPA 941.
I was thinking of changing the feature button on the phone to call the PBX and setup some kind of menu there to set call forwading…Is this the recommended way? Thanks!
