Outgoing and files call

I growl from sure time with files call

Asterisk acts on debian

Do a CHMOD command to change the owner of the file.

It doesn’t look like Asterisk has permission to open the file at the FS level.

This first:

chmod +777 1.call

Then move the file to the spool directory and see if it works.

Chmod nothing did not give.
Asterisk has own user - asterisk. I do not know what it has right.

You must login to the Linux server to create and move the 1.call as user Asterisk.

If you do not, the file cannot be read by Asterisk.
