Outgoing and files call

#1

Oct 5 16:32:00 WARNING[11961]: Unable to open /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/1.call: Permission denied, deleting
Oct 5 16:32:00 WARNING[11961]: Failed to scan service '/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/1.call’
Oct 5 16:39:41 WARNING[11961]: Unable to open /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/1.call: Permission denied, deleting
Oct 5 16:39:41 WARNING[11961]: Failed to scan service ‘/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/1.call’

Asterisk acts on debian

#2

Do a CHMOD command to change the owner of the file.

It doesn’t look like Asterisk has permission to open the file at the FS level.

This first:

chmod +777 1.call

Then move the file to the spool directory and see if it works.

#3

Chmod nothing did not give.
Asterisk has own user - asterisk. I do not know what it has right.

#4

You must login to the Linux server to create and move the 1.call as user Asterisk.

If you do not, the file cannot be read by Asterisk.
