Opus for aarch64

Happy Holidays!

I understand that the included opus is a binary supplied by Sangoma, are there any plans to provide an aarch64 version? It’s really one of the last pieces of the puzzle for webrtc on arm, everything else seems to work great.

There is an open issue[1]. I have no time frame on when it will be done.
