Ongoing calls interrupted by incoming calls.

Currently running into an issue where my client is complaining that sometimes when they are in the middle of a call and receive an incoming call, the incoming call interrupts the ongoing call after about 5 rings.
My clients system is an Xblue QB2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
