Old TAPI application and VOIP

We have a old TAPI / Modem based application the does voice recognition quite well, we want to migrate to VOIP but are finding it very hard to find a VOIP SDK with voice recognition in it.

Is there any way we can simply add a libray / SDK or make our current TAPI / Modem application work with VOIP.

Hi,
Seems that you can develop new service priovider using VOIP API in the TSPI_ implementations, however it can be quite risky
