No voice on forwarded call

Hello everyone

I have an Asterisk with 2 trunks (A and B)
All works fine except if I forward calls incoming on trunk A to a specific public number called via trunk B : I have no ringing tone and no voice. If I call this specific number from an internal device, it works.

Except this, my pbx has been working fine for many years.

Do you think it could be a codec problem between the trunks? How could I check this in my SIP capture?

There is insufficient information. You need to identify the channel technology used (DAHDI analogue, DAHDI digital, SIP/PJSIP, SIP/chan_sip, etc.) , and detail the diaplan actions. You are likely to need to provide the channel technology specific protocol logs.
