I have a system that is Asterisk version 1.8 running Freepbx version 12. All the core and modules are up to date.
With new messages the system sends a new notify when a message is recieved but the message is no new messages. Here is a screen shot of the capture I got:

There are 3 new messages in that voicemail box. Interestingly enough the Voicemail admin shows no messages, a voicemail show users in the CLI shows no messages. In the voicemail.conf the pollmailbox = yes and the poll frequency= 20
Where do I go from here??
