i’m a asterisks beginner so if i leave out information please let me know…
i’ve set up my asterisks pbx box, and set up all the trunks, extensions, vmail, fax, etc … … only thing that is not working right now is incoming calls. i’ve opened up ports 4569, 5004-5082, 10001-20000 on my router. we currently have a dynamic ip addy so we’re using dyndns, and dyndns automatic update on our server.
calling from one extension to another works fine.

are you registered with your provider? what shows up in the sip and/or iax2 logs? hard to say more without more info…

i’m signed up with broadvoice… i have a grandstream phone, and was working with just the phone, ran into problems only when i set up asterisks… … just checked my call log, and it does seem that asterisks is getting the phone calls… before it was only a busy signal, now there is nothing on the line when calling in…
what shows up in /var/log/asterisk/full when you make an incoming call?

I have an identical configuration running with no problem (SIP using broadvoice and SIP deskphone). BTW I did not have to open any ports on my NAT/router in order to make this work. I also have dyndns.
Can you provide the SIP.CONF area that defines the incoming and outgoing SIP service and also the [from-pstn] context.?
