No incoming calls (Voise) Trixbox {Plz urgent}

Hi,

I am new to linux and have tried to create an asterisk pbx using trixbox.
I have an acount with Voise and can make outgoing calls.
At the moment when i call my voise number the phone i am calling from rings but the phone attached to my Linksys pap2 device doesn’t ring.

Plz can anyone help.
Been trying to fix this for a week now. :frowning:

do you see anything on the console ? we can’t read log files without you posting them !!

post a log file fragment for the failed call … although i suspect you probably need to read the TrixBox handbook again to see where you’ve gone wrong.
