Hi guys

I’m new to voip and asterisk…some help would be greatly appreciated.
How do i start the installation for asterisk after i had downloaded it?

any usefull tips for a newbie like myself?

You should definitely check out www.asterikast.com. They have excellent video tutorials for setting up Asterisk. Hopefully they release more episodes soon…

for good installation instructions you should check out www.asteriskguru.com. The tutorials are a bit old, but they still work to get everything compiled and installed.
