I’m new to asterisks and I really want to start and run my own call back service with Asterisks…
I understand all you need is a:
-Pc with linux
-Sip voip adapter
-A voip provider
What the hell do I do next?? or where can I find a video tutorial on how to setup everthing.

That book will give you plenty of information to get started with asterisk. I also found asteriskguru.com/ VERY helpful getting asterisk compiled and running on my particular version of Linux.
Between those two resources you should be off to a solid start.
