Need Support for Asterisk

I’m looking for two features.

  1. ACD support for Asterisk.
  2. Play IVR from agent machine sip phone. While the agent is on call. and even execute scripts like PHP, java or AGI etc.

I would like to know if there are any third party software available to allow this.

(1) sounds like the Queue application that is a core part of Asterisk.

I wasn’t clear about (2).

Yep 1 is the queue application fairly simple to setup and well documented

No 2 looks like the application map feature allowing a user to enter a code and it fires of an dialplan application. We use this to allow remote pstn connected agents to force a call to clear down on the server is the caller hasn’t hungup,
