asterisknow is quite easy. you should try it yourself first. its almost no work at all
If it’s a “VPS” type server, it won’t work. You need access to the machine to boot with the CD.
If you have root/shell access to the machine, virtual or not, you can compile Asterisk from scratch and install FreePBX on top of it…which is essentially what the new version of AsteriskNOW is anyway.
You can install the GUI above a regular version. If you are still looking for some one to set it up PM me.
