Monitoring Queue Logs

I’m writing a script to monitor queues and there are some calls in the log that enters the queue but never leaves a log with either a connect, timeout*, or abandon.

Are there other ways for a call to leave a queue from the ones I mentioned above?

also, there are a couple of discussions that are occurring on some queue stats applications that are being developed…i myself have one, and there are two or three other members here that have created one. if you get on the mailing list, there are several more as well…
