Missing UPGRADE file in asterisk 20.6.0

Hi,
I just downloaded asterisk 20.6.0 and extracted it. In the past there was an UPGRADE.txt file describing any changes an incompatibilities. It still exists in 19.x. Where is it gone?

There’s a specific Upgrade Notes section in the CHANGES.md file. If it’s empty, there’s nothing.
