@jcolp Is there any reason why the UPGRADE.txt is missing from Asterisk 21.1.0? Was this by accident? There seems to be documentation on changes under New in 21 - Asterisk Documentation
The creation of documents had to be rewritten for GitHub. Upgrade notes are now contained within a section of the CHANGES.md file.
