It’s best to just go through the CHANGES document, that page has been basically a copy of that for the past few years.
Or to be more specific, I don’t plan on copying/trying to rephrase the CHANGES document into the wiki page. Analytics show that few people visit those wiki pages, so it’s not really worth the time when we already have definitive sources for both the CHANGES and the UPGRADE information.
i see most stuff that are going in to 19 are in 16 and 18.I think just what is new in 19 would be more appropriate.
