Missing pbx_functions.so file [SOLVED]

Hi,

I’m using asterisk 13.8-certified with basic-pbx configuration. Modules.conf file loads this module with

load = pbx_functions.so

but it isn’t in the modules folder

loader.c: Error loading module ‘pbx_functions.so’: /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/pbx_functions.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

is it a deprecated module or I’m missing something?

This appears to be a bug in the basic-pbx configuration. Can you please file an issue[1] for it?

Neither. It’s not a module at all and is built into the Asterisk core. You can remove the line and everything will still work as expected.
