Misdn-init not found

Hi all,

I amusing kernel 1.2.29 on ferdora 11 (2.6.29.4-167.fc11.x86_64). misdn is already in the kernel so there was no need to download and compile the misdn drivers and I could get misdn-tools from the package manager.

I have downloaded and compiled asterisk with chan_misdn, but I can;t find the misdn-init or “mISDN init” commnad. Should these command be part of misdn or part of asterisk?

How to I compile and install them or how do I configure misdn with asterisk in kernels after 1.2.27 which have misdn built in?

ok so i found out that chan_misdn does work with the misdn code in the kernel at the moment.

Well thats what one source I found said.
