Hello everyone.
I am facing a problem with Asterisk version 1.6.2.24. What happens is that when you receive a call (A) in the queue and a member (B) answers the call normally. At the time that “A” or “B” off the member “B” of the queue continues as “busy”.
The problem started occurring when my primary server had hardware failure and I had to migrate to a secondary server.
The primary server was:
My Linux-server 2.6.26-2-686 # 1 SMP Thu Aug 19 03:44:10 UTC 2010 i686 GNU / Linux
The secondary server is:
My new Linux-server-2.6.32-5-amd64 # 1 SMP Sun Sep 23 10:07:46 UTC 2012 x86_64 GNU / Linux
On my primary server the problem did not occur and I used the version 1.6.2.21. By migrating to the secondary server I kept version 1.6.2.21 but the problem started to occur. I have reviewed the settings and found nothing wrong. So I decided to patch version 1.6.2.24 and the problem persisted. I removed the asterisk server and recompiled version 1.6.2.24 but the problem continued.
And in the “core show channels” shows no channel which has problem.
I know it is no longer provided support to version 1.6.2, but I need to make sure it’s a bug in this version before migrating to version 1.8, it is a critical system.
Any additional information that is required of the system I will provide.
Any help is very welcome.
Best regards,
Rodrigo Lang.
