my question is, How can i kick or mute callers inside a conf room from a web interface?

Check sourceforge.net/projects/web-meetme/ , it could be the right tool for you or you may look in the sources to see how things can be done.
Another approach could be to run the MeetMeAdmin application, your web page should use the manager Originate action to create a call to an extension where the MeetMeAdmin application gets called.
