I have asked before about the manager API, if it is the best way to develop an application that should be able to initiate a call, receive, record and so on, …
and I have been answered , yes!!! 
I could call this kind of application a telephony application, couldn’t I?
I have just read that the purpose of the manager API is not building telephony system , it is for controlling calls and process controlling function from external software!!! 
if the manager API is not what I need to do so , then what do I need? 
this is driving me crazy
please urgent help is needed ,
