Making Trunk with SIP

Hello folks,

I have an Asterisk PBX in my house and I would like to be able to my own SIP trunk video and voice and maybe become a SIP trunk provider.
I would like to know if it’s possible to create SIP Trunk with Astreisk or I need some third-party software to do it like Opensips or Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).

Please let me know.

Most people who use SIP with Asterisk make a trunk.

Asterisk can also implement the service provider end of a trunk, with some possible limitations on how dialed number indication can be provided.
