Ivr problem

Hi!

When I dial any of the options of the IVR it doesnÂ´t work. For example if I dial 11 it doesnÂ´t go to the extension 11.

Are you using a GUI ? What kind of phone ? Incoming ? Calling from a phone ? What kind of phone lines do you have ? What codec are you using ?

If he is having a DTMF issue than most likely it would be in sip.conf unless he just didn’t set up his IVR correctly.

If he has an extension 11, he’s already violated the guidelines for simple IVR configuations, as it prevents his having a menu option 1 at the same level.

aparently the problem is solved…the problem was the dtmfmode that was configured in the phone.
