I paid a company to record professional greetings for our phone system’s automated attendant. The problem is that I can’t figure out where to put these greetings on the server to replace the original ones. Any ideas?

In a standard * installation these prompts should go somewhere under /var/lib/asterisk/sounds.

once I put the files in that location, where do I change the configuration to point to these new files? Also, do they have to be in GSM format?
