Hi everyone, i want to transfer a incoming call on pri number to mobile number after answer call . suppose 7850000 is my Pri number and caller A call on 7850000 , caller A listen a voice file and call has answered by agent B (caller B is using mobile phone) then caller B want to transfer the call to other mobile number of his boss X (i.e transfer during live call from mobile number to other mobile number) or agent B want to add other number with live call call.is it possible?
Asterisk can redirect the B side, so the call is still going through Asterisk. It can’t redirect the A side on PRI.
