Implementation of a call center with Asterisk server

Hello all,

I need your help.
I have installed an Asterisk server with realtime MySQL configuration with SIP and Zap channels(through TDP400P).Now I want to make a small call center with around 10 agents.I do not want to use vicidial or any sw,I just want to make myself.
The first basic question is what king of features/services a call center have?What can do?
Can the above happen with Asterisk server?Which?
What configuration files should be used/changed?

It will be helpful any kind of information about!

But still, let me crack the obvious. You really need to decide what features YOU want in your call center. Asterisk is flexible and powerful enough that several commercial call center products have been built upon it. So can you. Ask your would-be users what THEY want is a good way to start.

If this is a learning project, google call center and compare some feature sheets to see what are sellable. Asterisk does not do everything a call center does, but it can do pretty much anything a call center needs it to do.
