I need help and advice for creating common phone directory

Hi,

I’m working at an ISP Corp and we are using Asterisk and cisco ip phones (model 7940) at our help desk. Also we have pretty large customer database.

We want to see customer’s name in our phone screens when customer call us but customers info very unstable. Every day added many customer and deleted many as added.

How can we automate our phone directory or how can keep updated/syncronized with our customer db? Can Asterisk help about this ? If can, is there a any guide that can i read?

If your database is webbased or your crm package is then I would intergrate it with asterisk so it pops the details
