Hi im trying to link up a few phones for a call centere type environment and could do with some advice. i may be in the wrong place but here goes.
I currently have a officeserv 7200 which distrobutes 4 lines amongst 20 phones. I am wanting to be able to record/monitor phone lines and also show stats on a wall board. Is this something asterisk can do or am i in the wrong place? if anyone can recccomend some opensource sollutions or some links id really appreciate it.
im a linux/windozzzze admin so im not affraid to get my hands dirty.
