How to get API that i can use to link my server to permit and my softphone develop

please I have some preoccupation we have developing a softphone that we want to link directly to our asterisk server and the user will only have to enter their identifiers to have the account with us. I would like to know if asterisk gives the possibility to do it from a specific API

Asterisk provides no association mechanism, except for the normal SIP username and password. Anything outside of that is something you’d write.
