Hello guys , today is my 1st day with you in that forum and i wish that it will not be the last 
i’m new in asterisk (i kow only basic things ) and i know to make my own crm (i mean build a crm from 0 and not like asteriskNow / trixbox)
can you help me for what should i search

You can’t build a CRM using Asterisk, You use Asterisk to do Telephony Integration with your CRM.
If what you want is built your Asterisk GUI. Take a look to the FreePBX source code

I admire your enthusiasm; however, Asterisk is a phone system and not a CRM. It can be integrated with a CRM software but it’s not entirely Asterisk’s purpose.
