How to connect x-lite

hi all,

i installed the x-lite on my computer, and the asterisk is in the remote site (ip:220.241.108.102,inet 192.168.166.195 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.166.255)
i don’t know what is the ip address of the domain for the sip account?

should it be the 192.168.166.195? ‘no audio device available’
should it be the 220.241.108.102? ‘registering’ then ‘registration error:408 - request timeout’

Hello

That seems to be network issue between your xlite and remote server. Try ping to 220.241.108.102 from the system were you have xlite installed. If you are able to ping, then check the firewall in your asterisk server and make sure 5060 is open for you ip address and also check if the asterisk service is running on your server.
