How to connect to a specific agent

Hello,

Would like to know how do I connect to a specific agent when he has available using the voip. My agents are membername and interface with the default “Agent/1001234”

I use Zoiper as VOIP, when I type agent/1001234 for example, appears “no route to destination”, can only use the “3268 - DIAL” to hear the call of the agent, but not to talk to him.
