How do you take back a transfer

I’m using FreePBX on Asterisk 1.4, if I do an attended transfer to a colleague and the colleague doesn’t answer, or if the colleague does answer but doesn’t want to take the call, how do I take back the call so I can talk with the dialling party again?

Hi

If they hangup you will get the call back or if you go to voicemail ## will hangup the voicemail and you again will get the call back, This is of course if you are using the asterisk transfer codes. if you are doing native sip transfers its handset dependant.
