Help me, my hard phone doesnt work

help me, i connect my phone to asterisk to fxs port as the tutorial says, but it is dead, any ideas what is happening?, I have a digium card and it is working fine, everything is configured following tutorial “the future of…”, and it should be working

I can call from an external phone to line connected to asterisk and it works fine. But when I pick the phone up, it is dead, please help me I dont know what to do. In advance thanks

first off, you need to post your hardware details so we have a better idea of what we’re dealing with.

then we need your system config, including your dialplan.

lastly, logs of the attempted call are a big help.
