Hardware support problem

hello sir
i have configure asterisk_gui, asterisk and zaptel successfully
but when i configure Zaptel Hardware
run /sbin/ztcfg -vv command
i got

Zaptel Version: 1.4.12.1
Echo Canceller: MG2
Configuration

Channel map:

Channel 01: FXO Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)
Channel 02: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 02)

2 channels to configure.

ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 1: No such device or address (6)

my zaptel.conf file is

fxoks=1
fxsks=2
loadzone=us
defaultzone=us

i have Diva Analog-4 PCI v1
is any buddy ask me what is the problem
this is software problem or Hardware ?
what DIgital card is sutable for this asterisk

I had an issue like that once, all I did was move the card to another PCI slot and it went away.
