I want to buy a GoIP device to use along my Asterisk PBX, but I don’t know anything about which brands or models are better. Any suggestions?

GOIP works fine with Asterisk all depend on how many channels you want. Each SIM card is a channel

Hi,
At least I would need 16 channels. It seems that most (if not all) manufacturers/sellers are from China, so I’m having trouble finding trustworthy opinions about them. Any opinion about Hybertone or DBL (or any other brand that you have check)?

We use Yeastar TG400 (http://www.yeastar.com/voip-gsm-gateway-tg400/) and they seem to be working fine for our needs. Moreover they are Asterisk based gateways, in case you need to customize something.
Take a look at TG16(http://www.yeastar.com/voip-gsm-gateway-tg1600/) for your 16 channel requirements.
