File.c: No such format 'wa' using 1.4.28 voicemail

Hello. Not sure if this is a bug, or just a misconfiguration on my part.

Using 1.4.28, when caller goes to voicemail just after “beep”, VM instantly goes to VM prompts instead of waiting for message to be recorded. Asterisk error is as follows:

I have received no such error on previous versions of asterisk.

Can anyone else confirm?

Maybe de extension is incomplete in voicemail.conf in the log you see wa instead wav

Nope - checked that and all other conf files for “wa”. The only line in voicemail.conf that might be the issue is:

[snip] format=wav|gsm|wav49 [snip]
Might there potentially be a problem with “wav49”?
