I have a problem with voicemail, I receve a email but the wav message is empty, the wave file is empty.

It would be easier to see whats happening if you posted your voicemail.conf (blank passwords)

When did mp3 become a vm format? AFAIK it isnt yet!.
remove this bit and all may be well…
