Errors installing asterisk on CentOS 5.1

I am trying to install the current version (1.4.17) of asterisk on CentOS
5.1, everything goes smooth until i make the command ‘make install’ and i
get the following errror at the end:

utils.c: In function ‘ast_utils_init’:
utils.c:1344: error: ‘utils_cli’ undeclared (first use in this
function)
utils.c:1344: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
utils.c:1344: error: for each function it appears in.)
make[1]: *** [utils.o] Error 1
make: *** [main] Error 2

i have already installed the zaptel and the libpri without problems. I am
running the kernel 1.6.18-53.el5

thank you for your kind reply, i have done all that, i have all rpm modules that are required!! :confused: , still have the same problem!
