Echo problems in meetme

anyone have any tips on reducing echo cancellation in meetme conferences?

i’ve tried reducing the packet size and switching to reduced sip packets to attempt to help the phone echo cancellers out. the phones are all on the same vlan with nothing else on it. the phones are linksys/sipura spa-841 phones with the latest firmware. echos are also heard on incoming calls from our voip provider. anyone have any experience with this? i’d really like to get this feature working. we’re currently paying for a single bridge and i’d really like the flexibility as many conference rooms as i want. our executives pretty much spend all day in conference calls.

What are you using for timing?
