Hello everyone, i’m new here and to Asterisk,
I’m using elastix
I have this problem, anytime i get a call coming from external and i want to transfer it to another extension (using *2) i have just 3 seconds after the “Transfering” voice to input the desired extension before it kicks me back to the call.
This can be tweaked using “transferdigittimeout = x” in “features_general_custom.conf”
But if a set a bigger number in the config file (es. transferdigitttimeout = 10) this also became the timeout before it rings the desired extension.
How can change the timeout before it rings an extension?
