DAHDI channels

Hi everybody,

I so new in this forum, and need your help,please.
I have a span 4 with 30 channels available, but in this only have 5 current calls. and not permit any other, in my logs I find
this

Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:1/0/0) .

My question is if is my problem or mi provider?

can you post some configuration file?

system.conf
chan_dahdi.conf
the dial line in your extension.conf

with your info is hard to tell what kind of problem it is
