Conversation interrupted by music on hold (MOH)

Without any advice nor button pressed, some calls got interrupted by music on hold that is heard by the two partys. After a few seconds the call reconnects.

I tried searching the web for any advise or clue but got no answer.

have you check the CLI output when this happens? You might be inadvertently activating something like blind transfer.

Since I have CLI open in my PC, the problem doesn’t happened!!

Still waiting for it.
