Choppy sound on call from GS handytone 488 to cellphones

Hi,

I’m getting choppy sound on handytone side, on calls from Grandstream handytone 488 to cellphones (PSTN).

I’ve tried with different codecs (711 and 729), and changing “Voice Frames per TX:” from 6 to 2 on ht configuration.

I’m using latest firmware from GS: Program-- 1.0.3.18

My current config is:

allow=ulaw
allow=ilbc
allow=gsm

i’m running Asterisk 1.2.8 built on FC3
