Hi,
Sometimes agents cannot delete old voice messages (“your message was been deleted” but next time you call to the voicemail, it still counts “1 new voicemail”) and MWI is still twinkle.
I notice this message in the log file :
app_voicemail.c: No message attribute file?!! (/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/220/INBOX/msg0000.txt.
What does it mean please?
we have to delete voicemail manually
My asterisk version is 1.8.3.3 under Debian.
I can’t find a fix for this bug in asterisk changelog file.
Can someone help me please?
