I’m currently developing an app that sends CallerID info to a remote server upon a button press while in call. I’ve gotten everything working except the caller id variables. Similar to the “Events” section in the Switchvox Admin, I would like to process the following information about the current call:
Caller Name
Caller ID
DID call was routed to
Incoming DID caller called in on
Please advise the best way to access this information via the API. Thank you
